Most of the Dirk Idyl styles are made to order, please allow 7-14 days for it to made and shipped.

DK orders: €8 shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

EU orders: Standard shipping €20-40. Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days for following countries:

Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Austria.

Rest of the world: Standard shipping €35-70. Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

All our packages are sent through PostNord. You will automatically receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

25% sales tax (VAT) is included in the price for customers within the EU. For international customers, customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. Please note that these charges are at your own expense. 

RETURNS

For returns please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If 7 days have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
